2024/2025 Tuition and Fees

At St. Monica School, tuition and fees are managed through Finalsite (SchoolAdmin). All families are required to create a payment account in SchoolAdmin for tuition, After School Care, and fee payments.

Tuition Rates

Preschool (Early Release): $11,500 per student
All Other Grades: $15,700 per student

New Family Enrollment Fees

Total: $500
- Application Fee: $150
- Registration Fee: $350 (non-refundable)

Returning Family Registration Fee

$350 (non-refundable)

Active Parishioner Tuition (APT) Grant Discounts

One Child: $4,100 off per student (reduces tuition to $11,600)
Two Children: $4,800 off per student (reduces tuition to $10,900)
Three Children: $5,500 off per student (reduces tuition to $10,200)
Four or More Children: Free
Preschool (Early Release) APT Grant: $2,400 off per student (reduces tuition to $9,100)

*To be eligible for the Active Parishioner Tuition (APT) Grant, the sacrificial giving commitment (stewardship card) must be submitted at St. Monica Parish and renewed each year.

**For part-time After School Care (ASC) rates, please contact the registrar. ASC drop-in rate: $20 per hour.

Optional Fees: Families may also choose to participate in our Auction and Service Hour commitment buy-out. Contributions to the Annual Fund are encouraged.

Financial Assistance

St. Monica does have a limited amount of financial aid available each year. In addition to our parish/school-supported financial assistance, we also participate in the Fulcrum Foundation program to provide financial support to all families who qualify.

The Fulcrum Tuition Assistance Grant program is designed for families that are currently enrolled or that are applying for the next school year at any Catholic school in the Archdiocese of Seattle. Each year, a family must apply through FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment to qualify for a grant and all awards are made based on financial need.

The tuition assistance grant program is closed for the 2024-2025 school year.

Apply for Fulcrum Scholarship

For Families not receiving a Fulcrum Grant, the St. Monica Catholic School, in conjunction with our Parish Scholarship Committee, will review scholarship applications submitted via the FACTS tuition aid portal and make determinations based on need. Families who receive Fulcrum assistance are eligible to apply for in-house tuition assistance as well.

Withdrawal from School Tuition Liability

Families must provide written notice of their intent to withdraw their child/ren from St. Monica Catholic School. Tuition obligations are determined by the child/ren’s withdrawal date, as outlined below. Please note that 100% of school fees are due at the time of withdrawal.
