1.Be an active Roman Catholic, registered and fully participating at St. Monica Parish for a period no less than one year prior to enrollment.  Exception made for transfers from other parishes who provide a letter of good standing from their former pastor.

2.Fulfill obligation to attend all Sunday Masses and Holy Days of Obligation.

3.Support St. Monica Parish through planned tithing as well as time and talent, utilizing a current annual Stewardship Commitment Card on file with the parish office.

4.Read, sign, and faithfully adhere to the St. Monica Parish School Family Covenant.
