NEWS OF NOTE

Please remember that our day begins with attendance at the 8 AM Parish Mass on ALL Friday mornings.

PLEASE make every effort to get have your children arrive on time in order to attend.

(The exception is First Fridays when school starts as usual at 8:30 AM and the students go as a school to the 9 AM Mass).

REGISTRATION FOR ST. MONICA PARISH SCHOOL:

We have a few spots left in the pre-K class for the 2010-2011 school year. We are currently accepting enrollment applications for the 2010-2011 Pre-K class. Forms are available in the school office. Your child must be 4 years old by August 31, 2010 to be eligible to enroll.

***Enrollment NOW open for new families interested in other grades for 2010-2011 school year. Some classes are full. Waitlist names will also be accepted.

Auditions for the 2010-2011 Island Children’s Choir:

Auditions for the Island Children’s Choir will be held Thursday April 29^th and Thursday May 6^th at the MI Covenant Church from 5-6:30 PM. All current 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th grade girls encouraged to attend. No appointment is necessary and nothing needs to be prepared. EYES ON THE PARISH:

Parish Penance Service:  Wednesday, March 10^th,  7 PM in the Church

This special Lenten Penance service will begin with a brief liturgy and then there will be six priests present to hear individual confessions. All are encouraged to attend!
