NEWS OF NOTE:  Please remember that our day begins with attendance at the 8 AM Parish Mass on ALL Friday mornings.

(The exception is First Fridays when school starts as usual at 8:30 AM and the students go as a school to the 9 AM Mass). Thank you!

DECEMBER CALENDAR:

• Dec. 8: 9 AM Parish Mass/Feast of the Immaculate Conception

• Dec. 10: P. Club Christmas Bazaar/Commons all day

• Dec. 11: Attend the Parish 8 AM Mass

• Dec. 11: 2:20 PM Christmas Band Concert/GYM

• Dec. 17: 9:30 AM Christmas Pageant Dress rehearsal/GYM

• Dec. 17: 7 PM School Christmas Pageant/GYM

• Dec. 18: 10 AM/ 7^th grade performance of “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” /GYM

• Dec. 18: NOON Dismissal for Christmas vacation

• School resumes on Monday, January 4, 2010!

LOOKING AHEAD: School dismisses at noon on Friday, December 18^th, for the Christmas Vacation! (Extended Care will be open!)

PARENTS’CLUB:

• SCRIP SALES: SCRIP is on sale every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning in the large conference room from 8:30-9:30 AM. There will be a donation basket for our sparrow child, Henry, at SCRIP sales. Every little bit will help the family! Thanks in advance for your generosity!

• Parents Club Christmas Bazaar:

• Thursday…December 10^th…all day in the Commons…Students can buy fun Christmas gift items for family and friends!

Treasure Hunters:  Next Meeting will be Thursday, Dec. 17^th 2-3 PM. This is an opportunity for parents to discuss the treasures of our faith and share prayer and support with each other.

• Feb. 5: after 9 AM Mass (10-11)

• March 5: after 9 AM Mass (10-11)

CYO:  Please check the school website for a link to CYO information and website. You can now register and pay online!!!

FYI:  Catholic Homes Clothing Drive:

Thursday, December 10^th 3-4 PM. Please bring your used items to the school GYM. All donations will be delivered to poor families at Santa Teresita del Nino Jesus in West Seattle. Needs: clothing, boots, shoes, blankets, kitchen & household supplies, personal hygiene items, toys and books. (Sponsored by the Minnie Vinnies!)
