• One 3 ring binder or plastic expandable organizer (if you use a 3 ring binder, get pocket dividers for each subject)

• spiral notebook (for literature)

• graph paper (for 8^th grade algebra class only)

• Assignment book ($4.00)*Purchased at school

• 1 binder for Science (size: no larger than ½ inch)

• rubber cement

• 2 sets of tabbed dividers with pockets to organize subjects (1 set for Science)

• College ruled lined paper

• Cloth zipper pouch for pens, pencils, etc.

• Pens (dark blue or black only – no other colors will be accepted)

• Correcting pens (red)

• Pencils (#2 lead)

• One highlighter

• Scissors

• eraser

• calculator-Basic Scientific Calculator (such as TI-34II)

• Algebra students:  By January 2008- purchase of graphing calculator (Information will be given at a later date)

• protractor and metric ruler

• 4 graph paper packets  (Mead Company- 4 squares per inch graph paper and 5 squares per inch on the back)

• set of colored markers

• 1 box of Kleenex

EMERGENCY SUPPLIES:

• Grade 8     26 oz. can of vegetable soup (ready to serve)
