"Where charity and love prevail there God is ever found..."

December 5, 2007

Dear St. Monica School Families,

One third of the school year is already behind us and the second trimester is busily underway! All report cards will be mailed home at the end of the week. We are pleased with the wonderful progress of the students and proud of their great efforts! Thank you for supporting the school administration, faculty, and staff with great communication regarding the needs and expectations for your children. Our dedicated teachers consider it a privilege to work as a team with you!

Also arriving in your mailbox within the next week, will be your first trimester “statement” from the school Development Office updating you on your fundraising and volunteer efforts. It is important that you remember to “log” your volunteer hours either online or in the school office. A rough estimate is always acceptable and by doing so, we are able to get a more accurate count regarding the volunteer power it takes to run our programs. Your consistency in this task really makes a difference! If you have questions or concerns regarding this statement, please contact Development Director, Connie Anastasi in the school office.

Thanks so much for the incredible support of time, talent, and treasure that you give to St. Monica School!
