HOT LUNCH VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to be a hot lunch volunteer it is imperative that you show up on time. That time is 11:00 on Mondays, 11:30 on Tuesday through Friday and should we be on a different schedule, someone will be calling you.
Hot lunch duty is to arrive at the scheduled time to help set up. Once lunch is over you will need to stay and help clean up if necessary. I know in the past that it has not been necessary to stay and help clean up, but this is now the case with our new hot lunch program.
Should any of you have an issue with staying after to help clean up, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to reassign your spot.
If you have signed up to be a cashier, please remember to sign in, pick up the bag and to read the form and fill it out properly and then return the bag back to the office.
Should anyone have any questions, concerns, or comments, please do not hesitate to contact Pari Peters - 425-891-4178
