St. Monica Parish Catholic School is accredited by the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA).  WCEA accredits Catholic elementary and secondary schools in nine western states (26 (arch) dioceses) and the US Territory of Guam.  WCEA co-accredits and is in partnership with three Regional agencies (WASC, NAAS, NCA CASI) and two private agencies (CAIS and HAIS).   WCEA began in 1957 in San Francisco and has a long and successful history of assisting school improvement through the accreditation process.

Classes Offered

Our 8th grade graduates are extremely well prepared for high school consistently receiving acceptances to the high schools of their choice. Some of the popular high school options include Catholic high schools such as Bishop Blanchet, Eastside Catholic, Forest Ridge, Holy Names Academy, Kennedy Catholic, and O’Dea High School, as well as many excellent public high schools.

Technology is integrated into the curriculum, Interactive Smartboards in every classroom, PC Lab, Internet access in every classroom, classroom websites, on-line grade access for parents

True Cost of Education:  $8,500 per child

Qualifications required for receiving the St. Monica Parish School Subsidized Tuition Rate:

1.      Be an active Roman Catholic, registered and fully participating at St. Monica Parish for a period no less than one year prior to enrollment.  Exception made for transfers from other parishes who provide a letter of good standing from their former pastor.

2.      Fulfill obligation to attend all Sunday Masses and Holy Days of Obligation.

3.      Support St. Monica Parish through planned tithing as well as time and talent, utilizing a current annual Stewardship Commitment Card on file with the parish office.

4.      Read, sign, and faithfully adhere to the St. Monica Parish School Family Covenant.
