We are currently accepting nominations for a Distinguished Graduate of St. Monica Parish School.

Please complete the form, which will be reflective of the graduate’s beliefs about
Catholic education including achievements and/or experiences of the graduate, that reflect the characteristics of the education received at St. Monica Parish School.

Our  Distinguished Graduate 2012 will be honored in connection with Catholic School’s Week, January 2012.
