7th Grade

Learning to be Leaders

  • Is a leader in training

  • Strives to achieve his/her best during this crucial year

  • Understands the virtue of courage and practices this virtue in daily living

  • Recognizes the need for prayer

  • Develops a personal relationship with Christ through prayer, study and service.

  • Participates in Service Activities

Seventh grade students attain age-appropriate qualities of responsibility, self-reliance and personal discipline necessary to move into the role of eighth grade leadership and to prepare them for a successful future.


Understanding of the importance of positive personal relationships is intrinsic.

To attain these goals the students:

  • Make use of writing journals

  • Discuss Ethics within the literature and religion curriculum

  • Participate in a major group project

  • Log at least 30 hours of community service

  • Participate in a rigorous academic program

  • Learn healthy life-long habits

  • Participate in the arts
