SIXTH GRADE RELIGION CURRICULUM

The main textbook that we will be using is entitled Blest Are We. The 6th grade curriculum will have emphasis on the Old Testament.

As Catholics we are called to help others. We can show God’s love through the act of service.  The 6th grade class will be working on serving the local community here on Mercer Island.

Service Projects will include:

• School grounds clean-up

• Litter clean-up

• Easter baskets

• Visit the local nursing home

• Make cards for people in the community
